By using The Printing Center’s website and services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services

We provide printing, design, and mailing services (including USPS Every Door Direct Mail). All services are subject to availability and turnaround times.

2. Orders & Artwork

• Customers are responsible for the accuracy of files, spelling, colors, and design elements submitted.

• We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided files.

• By submitting artwork, you confirm you have the legal right to use it (no copyrighted or trademarked materials without permission).

3. Payment & Pricing

• Full payment is required before printing begins.

• All prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed price.

4. Shipping & Mailing

• We are not responsible for delays or damages once products are in the hands of shipping carriers or USPS.

• For EDDM services, we prepare and deliver your order to USPS, but we do not control USPS delivery times.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• Printing orders cannot be refunded once production has started.

• Refunds/credits may be issued if there is a clear printing error caused by us.

• Cancellations may be subject to fees depending on order status.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (logos, graphics, templates) is owned by The Printing Center and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New York.

9. Updates

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the new Terms.
